UPDATES TO SHIPPING:

Many of our auctions have custom shipping depending on the item and the type of auction they are. 

For instance, our .01 auctions have a different shipping model than our in store, or our fixed price auctions. 

We make every attempt at time of purchase to combine any and all shipping with a fair cost to you AND me. 

We will work WITH you to give you the best service and shipping possible. 

Please note, that some shipments will have a small handling charge attached to help recover

costs of packing, time and materials, and above all, the gas required with all this running around

we do.  This fee ranges from $1 to $4 but NEVER more than this.

Policies And Procedures:

 

Please Read, Understand, and Agree with these Policies:

We are not difficult people at all, on the contrary, we are extremely easy going and very easy to work with.  Each one of these items listed below is the result of someone that was trying to get something for nothing, so unfortunately we HAVE to have policies that we constantly add to. :)  This is in no way a reflection of the way MOST Great Ebayers are.  Most transactions go through with out any trouble whatsoever.  Again, please read and if you dont agree with anything please dont bid or buy from us. We hope this doesnt dissuade you from purchasing, but unfortunatley we need to cover ourselves.

 

Insurance:  We offer insurance as an option.  Here’s what that means.  We will gladly replace OR refund OR give store credit at OUR discretion any item that has become damaged in transit, or lost and or stolen ONLY if you take out insurance.  Insurance is optional, some people like it, others do not.  The choice is up to you. The rates for insurance are determined by the USPS.  We make no money whatsoever on insurance, its for your peace of mind, and OUR protection.  It is very reasonable.  We make every effort to pack our items so they will not become damaged, or injured during shipping and in transit.  But accidents DO happen.  If you Refuse Insurance, you will not be given credit, replacement, or refund of any kind.

 

Insurance Rates: At this time, the USPS has rates as follows for insurance.  $.01-$50 = $1.35…..$50.01-$100 = $2.30….100.01-$200 = $3.35….200.01-$300 = $4.40.  Rates subject to change when USPS decides its time to change.  Your order should automatically put these rates in depending on the price of your item.  If it should fail, please just ad that amount pertaining to your winning bid, in your purchase price, and enclose a note through Ebay user services Email letting us know that the auto checkout didn’t function properly, but you want insurance, and are paying for it in your invoice.  It will be added to your order.  Any orders placed, bid or won, that do not include the payment for insurance will not receive insurance, and we will assume you don’t want insurance and therefore not purchase it for you.  You will NOT be covered should something happen to your shipment.  If your auto checkout doesn’t function properly with insurance, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE contact us immediately through the Ebay Email service, so we don’t accidentally process your order without insurance.  This is at our discretion.

 

Returns and Return Shipping:  If you accept and take out insurance only: We will gladly replace or refund, or give store credit at our discretion any item that has become damaged in transit.  You will need to send the individual item, unopened and untampered with back to us, we will inspect it, and determine at that time if a replacement or refund is warranted.  Any items that are opened or tampered with will be refused and you may not receive any credit or refund whatsoever.

 

If an item is determined to be damaged in transit, we will either refund, replace, or give store credit that portion of the product that has either leaked, broken, or become damaged in some way only.  This is at our discretion.  (IE Some of the product has leaked out of a bottle, you could be refunded the cost of that 1 item.  Again, this is at our discretion.  If you choose to have another product mailed back to you instead of a refund, you will pay return postage on that item to get it to us AND to send a replacement back. This is at our discretion.

 

Cost of each item: Is determined by taking your auction winning bid and dividing out your items evenly.  (IE: you win an auction for 30 of an item, 1 item breaks, you will be refunded the 1 item price.  30 items price divided by 30.)  Shipping is not figured in the refund policy.

 

Shipping and Shipping Regions:  Unless otherwise noted in each ad, we currently ship to the United States ONLY.  We do NOT ship to any address not recognized by the USPS.  This includes FPO, etc. There are several forms and policies that need to be carried out to ship to these places, and to ship to other countries, and its not something we are currently set up to do.  We may consider shipping certain items to certain countries on a per case basis, but please note, there will be a special handling fee to do so that must be negotiated up front BEFORE you bid or win an auction.  Arrangements on such special shipping, needs to be made BEFORE you bid or win an auction.  Do not assume we will mail to your country, ask first.  As with many areas we need to obtain special quotes for shipping from the USPS.  This is at our discretion.

 

Non-Paying Bidder:  Unfortunately there are dishonest people out there that will bid on items and not pay for them.  If our ads were free to post, we wouldn’t care, but we spend a lot of time and money to bring you the most coverage on the best auctions we can afford.  This being said, you will be given 10 days BEFORE we report your item as an unpaid bidder.  We will always try to contact you before we report your item, as mistakes and errors DO happen with payment and with new Ebayers.  If you are unsure of what you are doing OR do not know how to bid on auctions effectively, please ask first, or don’t bid, once you do, we WILL enforce your payment and don’t expect negative feedback for doing so.

 

Feedback:  We ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS leave positive feedback for positives left.  If there is a problem, we will ALWAYS try to work it out.  If something CANT be worked out, or we cant come to an agreement, we will STILL leave positive feedback if positives are left.  Negative feedback is just plain silly in our book.  We are here to offer quality products, and make every effort to make EVERYONE who we deal with happy.  Again, we try to work everything out WAY before that point.  If we feel you have left negative feedback to purposely hurt our rating, we WILL follow up legally with Ebay.  As this is a violation of the feedback system.  Leaving negative feedback as a result of being forced to go through with an auction is also a violation of Ebay policy and can result in your banishment from Ebay.  Think and contact us BEFORE you leave negative feedback, 99% of ALL problems can be worked out, it just makes sense. J 

 

Contacting us: If you win a “Pick 1” auction, or any other auction for that matter, it is YOUR responsibility to contact us to let us know which or what item you would like. PLEASE contact us through Ebay Email.  We DO on occasion check our other Email associated with this account, but check Ebay Email on a more regular basis. Again, PLEASE contact us through Ebay Email, failure to do so, may result in a missed message or you thinking that WE are ignoring YOU.  We offer quality products at unbelievable prices, and try to contact EVERYONE and work out EVERYTHING we can, but occasionally Errors and or problems DO occur.  WE are NOT perfect.  Please don’t EVER think we are ignoring you, check our feedback, we try to deliver super fast and respond to EVERYONE… thanks J As a 2nd to the last resort, try our email associated with this account.  As a last resort ONLY you may call us with the phone number associated with this account.  The phone is set up with a voicemail system, and we check our messages on a regular basis, this means we WILL get back to you within 1 business day, weekends are NOT business days, FYI.  J

 

Modifications to Policies:  These policies and procedures can and will be modified and changed from time to time as we see fit.  We reserve the right to change anything at any time without any prior written or verbal authorization.

 

We work hard to make every customer happy, and will try our best should something happen to your product during transit to make you happy. J

 

These Policies and rules are YOUR responsibility to read and you accept them in full when you bid and or win an auction.  “I didn’t know” is not a valid excuse, its here in print, and we would be happy to answer ANY questions you might have before you bid.  Remember your bid and or winning auction is a legally binding contract between you, me, and Ebay.  Send ALL inquiries through the paypal inquiry system.  We don’t check our Email associated with this account on a regular basis, but we DO check our Ebay user account E-mail several times a day.  If you try to get ahold of us directly through our Email and don’t get a response, please contact us through the Ebay Email system.  We use it to track EVERY transaction.  If we don’t hear from you through the Ebay user Email system, we assume everything is all right with your order. J

 

These policies and procedures are for YOUR protection AND ours.  There are people who have nothing better to do than to try to exploit people selling items on Ebay and receive items for free.  All this does is raise the cost of doing business, make rules like this have to be enforced, and everyone a little bit more leery of Ebay, when it SHOULD be a fun and rewarding experience for both parties.  Hopefully these rules will help us all lower costs, get quality products to our customers, and have our customers return again and again being satisfied each and every time they buy from us. Depending on volume of sales, some orders will need 3-5 days processing before they are sent. 

This is included into the delivery time of your item, and can range anywhere from sent immediately, to 5 days lead time

before processing.

This IS NOT on top of the regular delivery time, just an estimate as to the processing of your order.
