TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS,
Due to several recent shipping damages due to lack of care from freight companies, we are now crating most of our heavy equipment units with plywood and "2x4"s, thus making them virtually indestructible and impervious to their neglect. Therefore, on select units, where we do charge a crating fee, it is because the cost of lumber has skyrocketed. This is for the benefit of all of our valued clients, as crating these units well will prevent shipping damages and the frustration of filing insurance claims with the shipping companies.
