 | Q: What is your return policy? |

 | A: I must be notified within one day of receiving the item of your intent to return and the reason why. Item must be returned to me within 7 days in the same condition as when I sent it out. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: Yes! I combine by weight, plus a small per order handling fee. Certain lots are not included, but it will be mentioned in the listing. Please contact me when you are done shopping so I can send you the correct invoice. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: I almost always ship your item out the same day or the day after payment is received and cleared. If you choose Prioity mail it usually takes 2-3 days, First class 2-5, Parcel Post can take up to 10. International shipments depend on your customs department. Most arrive in 4-7 days. Canada can take a while longer. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: S&H is calculated based on the weight of the package and a small handling fee to cover the costs involved. I charge a one time per transaction handling fee of $1.00-1.50. If you combine purchases and pay for all items together (after receiving my revised invoice) this will only be charged once. Not per item. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: Yes, I ship world wide. Some items are not allowed to be shipped to certain countries. I will fill out the Customs Declaration Form accurately. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes charged by his/her country. |
 | Q: What is your feedback policy? |

 | A: I have recently decided to leave feedback once the transaction is complete. Once I know you have received your item and are pleased with the way the transaction went, feedback will be left. This is not to hold your feedback hostage. A transaction does not end until the buyer has received his product and is satisfied. |

 | Q: Is mine a pet & smoke free home? |

 | A: I have one bird who is not allowed in my eBay room, but should you have any allergies please consider this before bidding. My house is smoke free, but I get my items from a variety of sources and do not always know what environment they came from. I do take the time to clean items I receive should I notice any odor or suspect they need a wash. |
