Shipping Policy
Buyer pays shipping unless otherwise specified in the listing. All Klipsch eBay orders are shipped via Federal Express Ground Service or freight service of our choice for large items and all order ship SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Every effort is made to ship your order within two business days.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, International destinations, PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.
All sales are final. If a product proves to be defective, returns for exchange or repair will be authorized per the 90-day limited warranty as quantities are available.
If you receive a product that is damaged, misshipped, or not functioning, please contact us immediately to receive a return authorization number. Our warehouse will not accept returns without an RA number: ebay@klipsch.com.
Shipping costs for returned product
Shipping costs for items returned to Klipsch will be paid by the consumer after 30 days from date of purchase.
Klipsch will be responsible for the shipping costs for those repaired or replaced items returned to the consumer, and for shipping costs for defective items sent to Klipsch within 30 days of purchase.

Warranty Statement
Klipsch warrants products sold from the ebay store (Klipschstore) to be free from defects in materials, unless otherwise stated in listing, and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. During this period, Klipsch with repair or replace, at our option, this product or any defective parts. If repair or replace is not possible, customer will be issued a full refund.
The 90-day warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of God, accident, commercial use or modification of, or to any part of this product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation, maintenance or installation, or attempted repair by anyone other than KLIPSCH or someone authorized by KLIPSCH to do warranty work. Any unauthorized repairs will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover product sold AS IS or WITH ALL FAULTS. This warranty is invalid if the factory applied serial number or date stamp has been altered or removed from this product.
This Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and will automatically terminate prior to expiration if this product is sold or otherwise transferred to another party.
Klipsch does not honor warranties for products sold on eBay taken overseas due to voltage issues, certification concerns, and possible transit damage.
