In an effort to better serve and assist our buyers with sizing, Kloset Monkey is now accepting returns. All returns are subject to a 12% Restocking Fee. All returns require pre-approval by Kloset Monkey via contact through the Ebay Message Center. Items returned not in compliance with this policy will be subject to a 20% fee or the item will be returned to buyer. All shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees will NOT be refunded. Returns will be processed at the end of each week. Questions? Simply ask! • Postmarked within 14 days of original receipt/payment date
• Be in “New & Unworn Condition”, free of odor and with tags attached
• “Neatly” folded and packaged for secure delivery
• Include with package your Ebay User I.D., Full Name, Address, Payment Date and Reason for Return
• SALE Items and Jewelry are not eligible for return under this policy
