Be sure to frame your work of art utilizing 100% rag board matting, and acid free hinging. Avoid a matting situation in which the artwork can come in direct contact with any wood product. Insulate the work of art using 100% rag content mat board. Finally, do not hang your framed artwork in direct sunlight as color will tend to fade and paper discolor. Avoid extremes of humidity such as placement adjacent to a shower area, which can result in wrinkling and possible damage due to mold.
