All Items include a one (1) year warranty unless stated otherwise. Returns of defective or damaged items are accepted. These REQUIRE a Return Authorization number (RA#) Should you need to return a product, please contact us to obtain an RA#. Photos maybe required to better assist us in helping with specific issues. Unopened items can be returned for a refund minus a 10% Restock Fee. Exchanges do not incur restock fee's but shipping charges may be applicable.
Custom cut wire is not eligible for return as it is cut for your specific order.
