| A:No, sorry. I do not sell more than one item at a time. Some of my items are listed weekly. If you would like more than one you may bid again the following week. However, product stock is not guaranteed. Once an item is all gone, it's gone. I restock what I can. |

| A:Combined shipping policy is the highest priced shipping plus $1.00 for each additional item won. You have 7 days from the close of your first auction to combine. Items must be combined BEFORE payment. Once payment is received you may NOT combine other items. FREE SHIPPING & insurance on combined orders of $100 or more! |

| A:Items are shipped via USPS or UPS on Tuesdays & Fridays. Most items are shipped via first class mail or priority mail which takes anywhere from 2-5 days depending on the postal service. !NOTE! Heavy items & some combined shipping packages are sent via parcel post which may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please be patient! |

| Q:My package hasn't arrived... what should I do? |

| A:Please just wait. The USPS service is not always as fast as we would like them to be. 1st class & priority mail usually arrives within a week after shipping, however there are times when it takes longer. Parcel post (any combined shipping package or heavy item) can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks or more. Please be patient! |
| Q:It's been 4 weeks and my package still hasn't arrived!!!... what do I do now??? |

| A:If after 4 weeks your package still hasn't arrived then we will take pitch forks & torches to your local shipping center and demand to see the post master... (just kidding) At this point you may e-mail me and I can run a trace on your package with the post office. If you paid for insurance you will receive an immediate refund or replacement. |
| Q:Can I get my package faster? |

| A:No, sorry. I don't do any overnight delivery & shipping dates are not guaranteed. I am not a multi-million dollar company so my resources are limited. I do the best I can. If you must have priority mail shipping you can request it BEFORE payment is made. I will then send you a priority mail invoice, but shipping times are still not guaranteed |
| Q:Do I have to pay for insurance? |

| A:No, we are now offering a safe shipping promise. Included in your purchase is our promise that if your package does not arrive safely we will either refund, replace, or discount your purchase. |
| Q:My package arrived damaged... what do I do now? |

| A:All you have to do is e-mail me a photograph of the damaged item and I can send you a replacement or paypal refund today. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it in 7 days for a full refund. Once item is returned in resalable condition you will receive a refund through paypal. No check or money order refunds will be given. If returned item is damaged no refund will be given unless insurance was purchased. |
