A: As soon as we receive your payment, your
order will ship within 24 hours. If it is a holiday
or a weekend, we will ship the next business day.
Q: Do you combine shipping charges?
A: Yes! If you purchase more than one item,
we will charge $1.00 in shipping charges for each
additional item when shipped within the United

How do I know if I am purchasing real sterling
silver jewelry from Kokopelli Traders?
A: We guarantee our jewelry to be sterling
silver. In the United states it is against the law
to stamp or describe jewelry as silver, sterling or
sterling silver unless it contains at least 92.5
percent silver. Our jewelry is stamped “sterling” or
“925” to assure you that our jewelry meets the laws
of the United States Federal Trade Commission and
contains .925 pure silver.

How do I care for my sterling silver jewelry?
A: It is natural for sterling silver jewelry
to darken a little bit over time. To restore the
jewelry to its original shine use a jeweler’s
polishing cloth and gently rub the silver several
times. When you are not wearing your silver jewelry
you can store it in tarnish prevention cloths in a
cool, dry place or I find zip lock plastic bags work
well when all of the air is removed from the bag.
Each piece should be stored separately so that they
do not scratch each other. You can use a little bit
of silver polish if you like, such as 3M Tarni-Shield
Silver Polish to remove tarnish. Never clean your
jewelry with bleach, toothpaste or chlorine because
it is too abrasive and may scratch or dull your
silver. Never submerge your jewelry in any liquid
because it could loosen the stones.
