Payments: We only accept payments through PayPal. We do require Immediate Payment on Buy-It-Now purchases.

Shipping & Handling Charges: are based on the weight of your purchase. We will be "combine" shipping on multiple purchases whenever possible. If you're not sure of the shipping cost, e-mail us prior to check-out and we will tell you the total shipping charge for your multiple orders when you "combine" your orders at checkout. We do not make Refunds on shipping to/from charges.

Insurance: is "OPTIONAL" and HIGHLY recommended, especially if you have an expensive purchase. Once we mail your package and have proof of mailing, (i.e. Tracking Number) it is no longer our responsibility if it gets lost in the mail. For peace of mind you may want to consider insurance. The cost is low at $1.75 for up to $50 purchase. Sometimes we do REQUIRE insurance on more expensive items and will note it on the listing shipping info. We have not however,had anyone say they did not get their package.

We use USPS Flat Rate, Priority, First Class, Parcel Post, Media mail & UPS whenever possible to save you $$$$. The weight of your package determines how we ship. USPS provides tracking info. for both of us and a Delivery Confirmation. You will only have to "sign" for packages when the item(s) are expensive or you request we send it that way. USPS packages usually arrive in 5-7 business days depending on your Zip code, sometimes quicker.

Most orders are processed the same day your payment is received - Monday through Friday, (prior to 3:00 p.m. EST) and usually ship the same day or maximum within 24-48 hours from cleared payment. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. (E.S.T.) & Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays usually ship out on the next business day. (not including holidays when Post Office is closed) If you need your item(s) more quickly, please inquire as to the best shipping method and charge prior to check-out. As a courtesy, we will e-mail you as soon as your package ships.

The majority of our Clothing, Shoes, Socks, Jewelry , etc. are "Gently" worn. However, we do have a few "New" items and will mention so in the description. We try to make sure no buttons are missing, seams ripped & the item is free of stains, but occasionally one might slip by us. We do not have a seamstress and will include missing buttons if we have them for you. We do apologize ahead of time if this happens.

ALL ITEMS ARE FROM A SMOKE FREE - PET FREE HOME.

All washable clothing items are clean and have been laundered & Downy Fabric Softner added to the rinse, so they will be "Fresh" and smell good when you receive them. IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES, PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WE WILL RE-WASH WITH A FREE & CLEAR DETERGENT WITH NO FABRIC SOFTNER.

Returns and/or retractions are NOT accepted. Once you pay for an item, it's YOURS, so please shop wisely. We've "cleaned" out our closets and do not want these items back.

We can also ship any part of your order to another USA address for the regular shipping cost. Inquire prior to check-out.
