Returns and exchanges are solved with a simple phone call.
If you cannot call and need to email please include all of the following.

Daytime telephone number
eBay item number
how you paid for your item
when you paid for your item
your email address
your eBay user name

Most all items we sell can be returned for refund or exchanged for credit towards a different item.
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged.

electronic ignition module
salvage items sold AS IS
used items sold AS IS
any item sold more than 30 days ago
any other item that is specificially listed as non returnable in the item's description

| How soon must I return the item? |

Items must be returned within 30 days.

| Wrong item ordered. What should I do? |

You just noticed that you made a mistake and really need something else.
In most cases its not a big deal just give us a call.
Make sure the item is a returnable item.
Notifiy us of a return.
Carefully package the item.
The item must arrive in the same condition received.
Photocopy your invoice and include with your return.
When the item arrives we will refund your payment or process an exchange.

| Wrong item sent. What should I do? |

It rare but sometimes we send out the wrong item.
Please allow us to correct the problem and notifiy us of the mistake.
You will get the correct item at no additional cost to you.
Each circumstance is different and will be handled best on the telephone.

| Will I get the entire amount I paid refunded? |

If we made a mistake there is no cost for returning or exchanging an item.
If you simply made a mistake and the item is returnable you will get a partial refund.
Shipping is not refundable.
Each product has a posted restocking charge.
Cost of returning the item is not refunded.
Item must be returned in the condition recieved.
