Paid $4.99 for shipping only to have the card show up 2 weeks late in a .60 cent eBay standard envelope. Tried reaching out to the seller wondering where the card was with no response. This seems to be a repeated issue with this seller looking at the countless negative and neutral feedback regarding this and the seller doesn't seem to care.
