| Q:How do I customize my set? |

| A:After you purchase a set, please email Kustom Kids Bedding directly at ebaygrandma@msn.com with the details on how you want the set made and the letter you want the letter pillow made with. |
| Q:What if I don't need a diaper stacker? |

| A:No problem! For our customers who can't use a diaper stacker, we will sub either a changing table coverr or window valance instead. Just don't forget to email us to let us know this is what you want. |
| Q:What if I can't use a headboard? |

| A:There are some crib designs that don't call for a bumper headboard. In those cases, we will make the bumpers all rectangle shape. Just don't forget to email us to let us know that is how you want the bumpers made. |
| Q:Do you offer a Payment Plan? |

| A:Yes! Kustom Kids bedding offers our own payment plan as we realize it can be difficult to come up with hundreds of dollars all at once. For details on the plan, email us at ebaygrandma@msn.com. |

| A:Actually, once a crib set is purchased, ALL individual items do ship for free! |
| Q:Can I get other items to match my crib set? |

| A:Yes! In Kustom Kids Bedding ebay store, there is a list of categories for all the items we make. ANY item in ANY category can be made to coordinate with your set. In each category, there are listings that say "4 customers to match set". Just hit the buy it now button on the listings you want. No extra shipping is charged for extra items! |
| Q:How long does it take for a crib set? |

| A:Since all items are made to order, it does take a little time. Right now we are running 6 to 8 weeks to complete each crib set order.
If you need the set in a few weeks, we do offer a rush fee service. We HATE doing that but it is the only way to keep it fair to others who are waiting. |
| Q:What if I want a special fabric I don't see here?? |

| A:No problem! Kustom Kids Bedding LOVES special orders and will track down fabric samples of what you are looking for and send them to you via email!
