The seller absolutely refused to provide requested file edits in the exact format/unit of measure, uniform to the listing requirements, which were in decibel inches. The 15 emails back & forth could have been 1 reply... {Please ensure you contain your content in an area of X.XX" by X.XX" inside the file size of 2.125" by 3.6125"}.
