Please check your order when delivered. Claims for damaged or missing garments from your invoice/packing slip must be made within 48 hours after delivery. Claims should be made via email. Claims for garments damaged or ordered but not shipped made after 48 hours will not be honored.
Your order number is your RMA number, please include this information in the return package for identification purposes.
Return items must be unworn, unwashed - free of perfume, pet hair, odor, etc. Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the original order date. Any returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or be accepted with a restocking/cleaning fee.
You will not be credited for shipping charges paid on the original order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Please note that if you received Free Shipping Promotion, standard S&H charge will be deducted from the total refund amount.
We strongly suggest that you insure and purchase tracking information for your return package. We are not liable for items lost during shipment.
