Quick shipping: Items are shipped out the same or next day that payment is received. (see shipping methods/times below).
Combined Shipping Discounts INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: This is how our shipping & handling is calculated: A buyer is charged the shipping price for the item with the highest shipping cost and then shipping is reduced by 50% for each additional item. Insurance is included in the shipping & handling rate.
Rates: The shipping & handling rate is shown in eBay's Shipping and Payment Details section, near the bottom of the listing. If the rate does not show up, please contact us for a quote, we ship worldwide.
Methods: Items shipped within the US are shipped via First Class (3-5 business days), Priority (2-3 business days)
Notifications & Tracking - You will receive an email when your item is shipped. We use delivery confirmation on our shipments, which includes a delivery confirmation number from the USPS. Delivery confirmation is not tracking. The USPS does not use a tracking system, the USPS system confirms delivery. The only time the package will be scanned is upon delivery. If the package is shipped via FedEx, it is possible to track the shipment, a tracking number will be provided.
Insurance: Our packages include insurance, no additional fee is required. Please contact us if your item was lost or damaged during shipment.
How to purchase from our store:
Once you choose the commit to buy button, you are not finished, you must checkout using the pay now button, even if you are paying with a check or money order. After you hit the pay now button then you will be able to select the payment method
Purchasing Multiple Items: After you commit to buy one item, you may choose to continue to shop in our store and commit to buy more items. When you are finished shopping, you must check out using the pay now button. After you hit the pay now button then you will be able to select the payment method.

US Buyers: We accept paypal
International Buyers: We only accept paypal.
Paypal eChecks: We wait for echecks to clear before shipping - (approx 5 business days)
Refunds/Exchanges:
Defective Items: We do our best to inspect all items before they ship. All the items we sell are brand new and direct from the manufacturer, should an item be defective, please contact us and we will either exchange the item or give you the contact information for the manufacturer of the item. The manufacturers that we deal with guarantee their items from defect. Buyer not responsible for S&H.
Missing or Incorrect Items: Occasionally an error occurs and we forget to include an item or send the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will gladly resolve the problem.
Books & DVDs: All sales on dvds and books are final, no returns. All descriptions of the DVDs and BOOKs are from the author/publisher, we cannot be responsible for the author’s content of any dvd or book.
DVDs: Some dvds will not play in older dvd players, if you are having trouble viewing your dvd, if possible, please check the dvd in two or more players. If the dvd is defective we will gladly exchange the defective dvd.
IF AN ITEM DOES NOT FIT - You may return it and we will REFUND the purchase price (shipping & handling is NOT refundable). Due to inventory limitations, we cannot exchange for larger or smaller sizes. Returns must be in original/new condition with all tags/packaging intact within 14 days from purchase for a refund. We have put all measurements from the package or manufacturer guidelines in each of our listing description’s. Breeds listed are a guide-line only, breed sizes vary, measure your dog to be sure. Even after measuring some items will still end up not fitting, we will be glad to REFUND the purchase price (minus shipping & handling). Please return the item for a refund and purchase the correct size at your convenience. Item must be in NEW condition with all tags. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item, if you need to RETURN an item. Please make sure to measure your dog before purchasing.
