Received item and it was definitely not yellow. Had to return it and pay for return shipping. Had I known that I’d have kept it. Was told I’d get some compensation for the shipping price but received none. Very dissapointed.

This vase was accurately pictured and described as being a pale yellow, meaning a subtle color. Buyer was hoping for a deeper hue then was pictured or described. Buyer was offered the choice to return for a refund of the purchase price, per posted policy, or to keep it with a small partial refund. Vase was shipped out in very careful packaging, but was not returned in the same way which resulted in chipping the vase. Out of kindness, no refund deduction was made for being returned damaged.
