All credit card payments NOT MADE THROUGH PAYPAL MUST CALL 1-270-881-4020 to process there payment over the phone. Our store hours are M-F 8-5 central time and Sat 8-12. From November through Febuary we are closed on Saturdays. For returns you MUST call and get RMA approval, merchandise returned without an RMA will be refused. It must still be new in package and never used. Shipping is non-refundable, customer is responsible for shipping on returned items. Thank You
