Problems: 1) Poor Communication, seller never returned any of 3 messages sent 2) Very slow shipment after order processed 3) Capacitors I needed were not in kit even though kit was described as being for my monitor. Kit had 16 v capacitors and my monitor calls for 25 v. Description on ebay does not provide individual voltage of capacitors. 4) I had to pay $3.50 to return even though item was not what I ordered. Would not purchase from this seller again.

Well, the label for shipping was created on Nov. 2nd. It is now Nov. 6th and the item has not been turned over to the shipper yet. That means that 4 days have elapsed without the seller providing the item for shipment. I emailed the seller and have yet to receive any response. I do not give positive reviews to sellers who participate in delaying shipment. The package was promised to be delivered in about two weeks. But, it could have been shipped and arrived at my doorste well before that time.

The seller shipped this item out in a well-protected shipping bag. The product arrived undamaged, and seems to be consistent with what they said was sold. Can't ask for more from a seller, definitely worth checking into if your looking to repair an old monitor!
