Leaving Positive feedback but item wasn't shipped for over 2 weeks then when I had Ebay step in I received a tracking number. Arrived today 2/7 after Ebay refunded the money. Never wanted a refund but got item and refund so with no way to repay seller I guess all works out.

Problems: 1) Poor Communication, seller never returned any of 3 messages sent 2) Very slow shipment after order processed 3) Capacitors I needed were not in kit even though kit was described as being for my monitor. Kit had 16 v capacitors and my monitor calls for 25 v. Description on ebay does not provide individual voltage of capacitors. 4) I had to pay $3.50 to return even though item was not what I ordered. Would not purchase from this seller again.
