Shipping & Handling

We ship to United States, Canada only and worldwide! Please email us via eBay for any other information.

We charge a flat rate depending on different size of product for shipping & handling. (insurance extra)

The average shipment time for U.S. orders is between 3 to 5 business days. Canada order is between 5 to 8 business days. Worldwide is between 7 to 15 business days.

Return Policy

LC Mutual will accept returns of items in their original packaging and in the same condition shipped for exchange, credit or a complete money back guarantee (shipping & handling fees are non refundable) within the first 30 days from the items received date.

Items must be in original condition. If any alterations have been made or if the item is not in its original condition we will refuse the exchange, credit or refund. The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Any credit or refund will be for the item sale price less shipping & handling.

If an item is found to be defective or damaged the above will not apply. Please provide a proof of damaged item (example: picture of the item) for any replacement or refund. If buyer can not provide the proof of damaged item, LC Mutual has the right to not refund or exchange the item. Please refer to FAQ page for information on damaged item.

In order to return parcels, you must contact our customer care agents by email via eBay in order to obtain a return authorization number and return instructions.

LC Mutual retains the right to refuse any exchange, credit or refund if we feel the return policy is being abused.
