RETURNS: You must contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. I will be more than happy to exchange, give store credit, replace an item if it was damaged due to not being packaged correctly, or if you are sent the wrong item, or refund your purchase price if it was not described accurately. In both cases, I must receive the item in question un-worn, un-laundered, and un-soiled...along with the original packaging.

Because I am not "JC Pennys" or "Sears", I CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS JUST BECAUSE YOU PURCHASE THE WRONG SIZE APRON, SO PLEASE READ EACH LISING'S MEASUREMENTS FOR A PROPER FIT. 

SHIPPING TIME: Please be aware that each item may have a different shipping time. This is because I handcraft all items. Some are finished and ready to ship, some are not, they must be made first. So please note the shipping time when ordering, and keep this in mind when choosing your feedback in the "shipped on time" catigory.

SHIPPING CHARGES: I ship most of my items USPS First Class in the USA FREE. Priority Mail is available for most listings, the extra cost will be added to your purchase. I will be more than happy to send you a revised invoice with combined shipping on any items that have a shipping charge.

You may request Overnight Services, or UPS Services, but I will need to revise your invoice accordingly and send it to you.

Every item in my store is handcrafted by me, and a most of the time, designed by me. I take a lot of pride in my work, but as always, still learning something new every day, so I am open to suggestions and coments (be nice!). I hope if there is ever any concerns about any item you have purchased from me you will contact me right away so I can attempt to resolve any problems you may have.
