Legend Micro is an Authorized Samsung Refurbished Display Dealer.
Samsung offers the best possible quality of Refurbished Monitors on the
market. Refurbished Samsung Monitor are subject to the same requirements as
Brand New Monitors. Legend Micro tests all monitors prior to assure high quality
and functionality.
All products are guaranteed against DOA (Dead on Arrival.) If you receive a
damaged or non-working unit, please call our customer service department
directly to file a claim 800-935-9305 x3.
Physical damage, misuse, modification and/or any attempt to repair are not
covered by this warranty.
Legend Micro follows Samsung's defective pixel policy for Brand New Monitors:
For a 15" Monitor - 7 or more bad pixels,
For 17" and 19" Monitors -10 or more bad
pixels,
For 21" and larger Monitors - 17 or more bad

Legend Micro has been selling LCD monitors for over 10 years, we have never
seen such a high number of defective pixels - our feedbacks demonstrate this.
Defective monitors must be returned with all the
accessories that were included with it at the time of purchase and it must be shipped back to
Legend Micro in the
original box.
Your warranty begins on the day that appears on your invoice. The warranty
length is 90 days, unless otherwise noted in the listing.
Upon receipt Legend Micro will inspect and diagnose your monitor. If
a monitor is defective it will be repaired/replaced, Legend Micro reserves the
right to replace with a similar or better model if the same model is not
available.
Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted by our warehouse.
Please contact our customer service department to obtain an RMA number along
