Life's a Beach Boutique is Very Flexible ~ Orders can be Mutuallycanceled if communication is kept open. If you need to cancel your order, please do not ignore the sale and skip payment. Simply send a message to us and we will file the cancelation form for you. You will then receive a message from eBay. You will need to follow the instructions in the message to complete the cancelation of the sale. If you do not cancel the sale at your end, there is nothing more that we can do. We will receive our seller’s fees back by ending communication with you. This will result in an Unpaid Item Strike for you. Be sure to do your part as we are happy to file the cancelation form for you.
ALL items are New & Fresh! Nothing is expired! I do not purchase these items until they are bought by you, so that you will receive the freshest quality possible with a long lasting shelf life. These items are NOT overstock, damaged or closeout products. When I shop for your items should my supplier be out of stock, I will email you with an availabilty date so you may have the opportunity to substitute an item of equal value or I will immediately issue you a full refund. The choice is "ALWAYS" yours!

We ship Worldwide! Most of the items are shipped in the Priority Flat Rate Envelopes & Boxes that will provide you with the least expensive shipping. I will combine shipping whenever possible for you to $ave you postage! However it is usually cheapest to use the flat rate boxes when shipping Priority mail. For shipping rates to your area please us the SHIPPING TAB located above in our store header.
I take great care of your items to prevent melting while shopping during the summer months. However once it leaves my hands and is in the care of the shipping company, I am NOT responsible for the melting of ANY items. It is up to you as the buyer to determine if the weather conditions will affect your purchase and whether or not you want to risk it.
Please Note ~ I may have to remove items from their original packaging and repack them into the shipping boxes to offer you the cheapest shipping possible.
If your package is returned to me for any reason (wrong address, or it didn't get picked up at your post office), you will be responsible for the shipping expenses to resend the package to you. However if I make a mistake on your address and the package gets returned to me ~ I will reship it at NO expense to you!
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS-It is important that you are familiar with what will pass through your customs office or post. The shipping rates that are found in the listings is NOT a guarantee that the item is OKAY for your country. Please know your laws, be aware that you are ordering at Your Own Risk. I am NOT responsible for items that will not pass through your country.
Once your package has been shipped from my post office, estimated normal delivery times are as follows:
United States Priority: 2-3 Business Days
International/Worldwide Priority: 4-10 Business Days (if customs should pull your package for inspection, it will take longer to clear.)
* If you are in Italy, it is known that customs can be as quick as 3 weeks or as long as 2 months. It does not matter which shipping method is used.
We Accept PayPal in ANY Currency! We do not charge sales tax on any of our items. If you are purchasing multiple items, we combine shipping on all of your items to $ave you postage so please wait for an adjusted shipping amount before paying. Your payment must "Clear" before your item(s) will ship. Each of our items have the shipping rate listed under the eBay Shipping Payments Tab in each listing. The eBay shipping calculator may not always give you the correct rate. Please wait to pay for all of your item(s) in one transaction. If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to learn more about it, simply click on the PayPal Logo below for more information. If you have paid by PayPal "e" check, No dispute will be filed.
