Return and Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in our listings, all of our products are brand new and the Gund name tells you they are quality items. In addition, all items are checked before we package and ship them. Most items are double-bagged to insure they arrive clean and fresh. This simple policy has worked well for us and we have had very few problems. If there is a problem with your purchase, please email us immediately, so hopefully we can work together to correct the problem.
If the item is defective and/or misrepresented by us, we will gladly provide a FREE REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND. Proof of the defect may be required and in some cases the item must be returned to us. If the item must be returned, we will reimburse you for the cost of return shipping, if the item is found to be defective or misrepresented.
We will gladly help you process your claim for INSURED items damaged in the mail, however NO REFUNDS or REPLACEMENTS will be given for UNINSURED packages lost or damaged in the mail. We include FREE USPS Delivery Confirmation for all domestic packages, providing our buyers with 'proof of shipping' and the opportunity to 'track' their packages.
If you simply wish to return an item for some other reason,, we will gladly refund your money for the cost of the ITEM ONLY, MINUS a 10% restocking fee and you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. This can be costly, so please select your items carefully, making sure the item is exactly what you want.
