Yes, I do combine shipping however I cannot combine shipping on different brands of products due to the fact that these are shipped from different locations.

For example:

I cannot combine shipping if you purchase an Herbalife product and a Watkins product. I personally ship all Herbalife products but Watkins are shipped direct from the manufacturer. If I happen to have an item in my own stock then I will gladly combine the shipping otherwise you will receive an invoice which will reflect two different shipping charges.
