We ship via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) . Domestic packages usually arrive within 3-10 business days after they are shipped. International packages are subject to customs inspection and therefore take longer to process and ship. Shipping costs and taxes are calculated on checkout. Sale taxes apply to the State of Tennessee only. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees and duties. All shipping charges stated are for shipping and handling. Orders usually process and ship within one to two business days (excludes holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) to buyers who are PayPal verified. In the event that an alternate address or request for a shipment to a third party is made, please check that your billing information is correct. We must have your current phone number. We will not ship orders that cannot be independently verified.
All special order, clearance, and discontinued items are not returnable. The following items are also not returnable: All items with a crotch that are not packaged may not be returned for health reasons and any item that is labeled as not returnable in a listing. With the exception of items listed above we will accept returns on items provided they are in their original condition as follows: Packaged items must be in their unopened original packaging and in sellable condition. Unpackaged items must be unworn and have the original tags still attached and must be in sellable condition. Note: if you try on a an item and the item reeks of perfume or is marked with makeup, we will not take it back because it is no longer sellable. All items that reek of cigarette smoke are not acceptable as returnable. Please follow the instructions listed below if you wish to return merchandise that our policy allows you to return.

We strongly urge that you purchase insurance and delivery confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR US TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR RETURN. In the event your order received free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit. Credits will be issued through PayPal. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
In the event we ship items that are not returnable and you either refuse the package or fail to pick it up from the carrier, you are will also be charged an additional shipping fee that is imposed by the carrier for returning it to us. This is in addition to the full price of your order. If you want it resent to you, you will be charged an additional shipping fee.

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you cancel after that time we may, at our sole discretion, charge you a 10% restocking fee. In the event we ship your order and you either refuse the package or fail to pick it up from the carrier in addition to the 10% restocking fee and initial shipping charge you will also be charged any additional shipping charges and fees that the carrier may charge us for returning the package to us. For items that are not returnable this is in addition to the full price of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your money if we cannot fulfill your order.
Inventory items are on site and available for shipping at the time of purchase. If an inventory item is damaged, lost, or counted in error, we will refund you promptly. By purchasing our items you agree to these terms. We can, at your request, send you an email when, and if, the item is again available.
