Return Policy
All attempts are made to ship plants in a timely manner while minimizing damage. We use USPS priority mail with a tracking number so that your purchase arrives in 2-3 days. If the plants are not acceptable due to damage in shipping or they are lost by the post office a refund will be sent to cover the cost of the plants only. Due to the number of circumstances beyond our control we do not make any other gurantee. We cann't be responsible for plants that are neglected, improperly planted and so forth.
