Shipping and delivery: We ship all orders within 24 hours and usually the same day. We often receive feedback from customers that items arrive before the expected ship date. Non-media (books, CDs, DVDs) are generally shipped via USPS First Class from California. Some slightly heavier items will be shipped via UPS Ground. Delivery of these items generally will take 3-5 business days,depending on your location. Media items will be shipped via USPS Media Mail in most cases and can take up to 9 days for delivery. Expedited delivery is an option on most products at an additional cost and are shipped via Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx.
