Q: When will my item ship? / Can I get a tracking #? / How log will it take to get to me?
A: We appreciate your business. Items ship within 2-5 days from cleared payment. You can go to http://checkout.channeladvisor.com/checkout/1252/CheckoutLookup.asp?
at any time. The "Item ID" is your Auction #. Then go to the bottom of the page to the Order Status Section. When the item ships it will show as order shipped and have a tracking #.
If you are on the East Coast, delivery time after the item is shipped is usually 4-5 Business Days.
Q: I paid for Overnight Shipping. Its the next day. Where is my item?
A: Items may take up to 2 business days to process before shipping after cleared payment. Your item will be sent Overnight Shipping. Its not Overnight Delivery from when you paid. Overnight Items are not delivered on Weekends.
Q: Have you received my payment?
A: If you paid outside of our auction management checkout, your payment will have to be manually entered. Usually within 48 hrs of received payment. Please go to http://checkout.channeladvisor.com/checkout/1252/CheckoutLookup.asp? The "Item ID" is your Auction #. Then go to the bottom of the page to the Order Status Section. If it doesn't show as paid, we have not processed your payment.
Q: My SVP Brand Item Is Defective or I need Help Using It.
A: I am sorry that you are having problems with your item. SVP has a great tech support team. Please email them at info@digi-camcorder.com They will be happy to help you. Please provide your Name, Day Time Contact Phone Number, Auction # or Sales Invoice number along with the problem.
Q: When I go to pay, your shipping charge is more than in the auction. Why do I not see that as an option when I try to pay?
A: We have an auction management system at checkout. If its not the same as the auction. Please email for us to correct it before you pay.
Q: What is your REFUND policy?
A: Please read the Full "Terms Of Sale" in the auction. Items that are sent back without an R/A # will be refused. Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of winning bid amount depending on the refund policy in the auction. Shipping charges that you paid and to send the item back are non refundable. If requesting a refund instead of a repair/exchange, a restocking fee may still apply.
Q: My Item is Defective, do I still have to pay a restocking fee?
A: If the item is defective it will replace the item with NO Fees.
If you choose to send the item back and want a refund, there may still be a restocking fee and the refund will be processed as per the refund policy in the auction. Please read the return policy in the auction.
Q: I have read the Refund Policy in the auction. How do I get an R/A # and the address to send the item back?
A: Please click here to send an email explaining that you have read and understand the return policy, include the reason for the return and request an R/A # and return instructions.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Please see the auction for International Rates. Please do not ask for International Rates. You will not receive a reply.
Q: How much is shipping to United States Territories?
A: Please check the Flat Rate shipping price in the auction.
Q: I received a tracking number and its not going to the address that I entered when paying.
A: As stated in the auction, its also on the first page of our checkout that you have to agree to before paying, its on every page of the checkout: Please make sure that your confirmed address in PayPal is correct BEFORE you pay. That is where the item is shipping and it will not be changed. We MUST ship to that address to be protected by PayPal.
Q: What do I get if I win the auction? Is there a memory card included?
A: Im sorry not to answer your questions directly but please read the auctions description. It clearly tells you what's included in the auction. We have Memory Cards on Sale with Free Shipping. Q: I have already won a camera and would like to add a memory card or set of rechargeable batteries and pay all at once?

Q: I have won multiply items. Please give me a total so that I can pay all at once.

Q: I have emailed and have not received a response.
A: Your email is important and we answer emails as fast as we can. Please keep in mind that we get 300+ emails a day. If you sent more than 1 email in a day, they may all get answered at the end of the day or the next day. Your emails will be answered within 24 hrs on business days. That doesn't include Sat., Sun and Holidays.
Q: I have sent 1 email and didn't get a reply. I am going to leave negative feedback
A: If you only send 1 email and you don't receive a reply. Please send another one before leaving negative feedback. Also please check your spam folder for replies.
Q: I don't see your address to mail in my payment?
A: After You Have Won, Please go through our checkout and then email for a payment address.
Q: I don't like paypal. Can I use my credit card instead.
A: Please see the accepted payments that are listed in the auction. Please send an email if you have problems paying.
Q: Your auction management shopping cart is not working, can I send you a direct paypal payment?
A: Yes, but it will slow down the processing time of your payment. Please make sure that you choose "Ebay Auction" Payment and enter the auction information and not just the send money option in your paypal account.
If you pay directly through paypal we highly recommend that after 2 business days have passed to check to see if we have processed the payment at http://checkout.channeladvisor.com/checkout/1252/CheckoutLookup.asp?

Q: I have already paid but I keep getting emails that I didn't?
A: These are automated emails from our auction management system. You may continue to get them until we manually process your payment or you may have not actually paid. If you paid with paypal, log into your paypal account and make sure that you can find payment in your account payments section.
Please also check to see if you made payment with an E Check. That form of payment is like sending a check and needs time for paypal to deposit the money into our account.
