Then go to the bottom of the page to the Order Status Section. When the item ships it will show as order shipped and have a tracking #. |

Items that are sent back without an R/A # will be refused. Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of winning bid amount. Shipping charges that you paid and to send the item back are non refundable

 | Q: I received a tracking number and its not going to the address that I entered when paying. |

 | A: As stated in the auction, its also on the first page of our checkout that you have to agree to before paying, its on every page of the checkout: Please make sure that your confirmed address in PayPal is correct BEFORE you pay. That is where the item is shipping and it will not be changed. We MUST ship to that address to be protected by PayPal. |

 | A: Your email is important and we answer emails as fast as we can. Please keep in mind that we get 300+ emails a day. If you sent more than 1 email in a day, they may all get answered at the end of the day or the next day. Your emails will be answered within 24 hrs on business days. That doesn't include Sat., Sun and Holidays. |

We may accept a cashiers check or money order for payments. We do not accept Personal Checks at all. Please email after you have won for our payment mailing address. |
