We have already listed all available items on our store. But there is a time when a new shipment just arrived and haven't been enter into our inventory database. In this situation, you may not be able to find it on our LIVE auctions but we actually have it in our inventory. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to check back often since we add hundred of new items everyday.

The best way to locate an item in a specific size, brand or color is to use our search engine function. For example, if you want to search the brand "NINE WEST" in size "9.5". Just simply type "NINE WEST 9.5" on our search engine (remember to uncheck "in titles & descriptions" located right above the search button), all Nine West in size 9.5 will be displayed once you click on the search button. Yes, all the shoes that we sell are brand new. We are generally defined our shoes into 3 main conditions.
1. Brand New In Box - Shoes are brand new in its original condition with manufacture box, few of them without lid.
2. Brand New - Shoes are brand new in its original condition with our own box.
3. Brand New/Floor Display - Shoes were displayed as floor sample for customer try on for fitting, it may shows minor sign of worn but in good condition.

Is this shoes made of real leather?

We always try our best to describe our shoes as detailed and accurate as possible, we usually input the information directly either from the manufacture box or directly from the shoes. On the "Auction Detail Box" (see first chart below) which located on the top of the product image on every auction. You will find information regarding to the type of leather the shoes was made of. Please refer to the second chart below for leather definition.

Yes, all buyers must use our "CHECKOUT LINK" on the invoice to complete the transaction. If by any chance if you did not use our CHECKOUT link and send us money directly from Paypal. Please contact us ASAP so that we could place a trace on your order to locate your payment. Your order will still process properly, but just a little extra time for us to process your order.

Leaving Neutral or Bad feedback for any Seller out of malice, spite or anger will most likely compel that seller to leave bad feedback on your account. It will not make much of a difference to a seller that has 1,000's of positive feedbacks, but a buyer that has less than a 100 will find that just one bad feedback from a seller they were angry at lowers their rating considerably. Yes, we will send you a simple application requiring basic information about your company, contact person, address and telephone number. Just fill up the form and fax it back to us with your seller permit. Then our sale representative will contact you shortly by email or phone.

The minimum order requirement for all Internet orders is 12 pairs assorted brands, styles and sizes. We do not accept orders for less than 12 pairs.
