Very pleased to find this ornament as I collect tea cups and do a "tea cup ornament" themed Christmas tree.
I appreciate how well packaged the ornament arrived and how helpful the Seller was by counter offering with
a great price. Seller mailed it right away and helped me when I realized it had become "stuck" at customs (no fault of the Seller). Once that was resolved it arrived quickly.

Bought a Mark Roberts fairy. This item retails about $200-250 brand new. Seller wrapped the ACTUAL fairy box with brown shipping paper and slapped a label on it. The box arrived completely crushed with at two different areas completely exposed. Auction pictures showed the box in one piece which is not how it arrived. Yes, I bought it used but that to me that doesn’t mean you should ship it as if it was garbage. Leaving neutral because the fairy itself was luckily intact but that was just luck.

Buyer never contacted me about any issues with the packing or condition but instead decided to leave neutral feedback. If anything I'm fair and would have been happy to resolve any issues if I would have been made aware. If the package was intact in the photos that would only mean it was crushed in shipping once it was no longer in my possession.
