 | A: Due to health reasons, Cosmetics/Skin care can only be refunded if damaged. Lingerie & Men's Underwear cannot be returned due to U.S. law. Other items in new condition (unopened, untested, etc.) may be returned within 3 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping. Our PRIOR approval is mandatory before ANY item can be returned. |

 | A: We do combine shipping on orders placed within a 2 day period. Please request an invoice from us to reflect your shipping discount, or adjust the cost yourself if you know what the cost will be. Once payment is received, there will be NO REFUNDS given. |

 | A: Most items are shipped within 2 business days (excluding holidays) from time of payment. Please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery on items shipped via 1st Class mail - 3 weeks for Media Mail and 1 week for Priority. International shipments will vary by country; all are shipped either Priority or Express. |
