I have recently lost my TOP SELLER rating as I have so many orders that come through without any indication of colors or fragrances requested. I email, call and email over and over and get no response. I cannot ship same day in the cases which is why I have lost this very important seller rating. I will be changing all of my listings to 2-3 business days for these customers however if I receive an order that includes all of the info needed, I will ship same day. I am sorry I have to do this however I operate at a very low profit rate and losing this seller rating has a great impact on that.
