USPS states, and eBay that 3 to 8 days is sufficient time to wait for a post regardless where you live. But that doesnt include weekends, holidays OR processing time. We make to order.

We state if not arrived within 10 days, contact. Not to wait 2 weeks then jeopardize our feedback, when we could of handled sooner without less fanfare.

We send USPS with confirmation in the States. International orders are 1st class and HAVE to assume it will take longer as the customs have restrictions enforced.

Posting times depend on orders, regardless of zone. We DO ship timely and if takes longer, that is a postmaster issue and our feedback/stars should not be jeopardised due to their lax habits.

One ounce envelope starts at 1.35, more for confirmation and additional because it is non-machinable We Cannot send any cheaper because they are Non machinable. We have many free s/h, even worldwide. We also add confirmation. We also package secure and well... We charge only 1.30 for 1st ounce but our stars reflect our fees are too high?

We DO email multiple times, check your junkmail often as they sometimes go there. We do communicate.
