PAYMENT POLICY

• we prefer Paypal payment. (Confirmed address and Verified accounts only)

• We do accept Visa, Master Card, Paypal, Money Order and Company Checks for repeat order customer.

• We dont accept International Credit Card, International MO checks.

• No CODs

• For Cashier's check and MO, we ship after the payment has been cleared.

   RETURN POLICY

• All sales are final. No return will be accepted, except DOA or functional problem.

• In case of you found problem with our product, you have to get RMA from us first,within 14 days of your purchase invoice date..

• After 14 days, all manufacturer's warranty will be applied..

• We dont accept any return without RMA number provided by us prior to return..

• Return postage is on Buyer..

• In case of refund after product return, original shipping and handling charge is non refundable..

• When you make return, product must be in original condition. In original shipping box, well sealed and protected..

• If we found the returns is damaged during return tranportation, we may hold further credit process..

• Lamicci_com will reserve the right to decide replacement of the product, repair or money back, after receive the return..

• In case of DOA for Duplicator or Ink System product,
  All products need to returned on given time period with original new re-sellable condition including original box, packaging material, contents accessories or manuals are subject to a 30% restocking fee .

 
   SHIPMENT POLICY

• We do ship to Confirmed and Verified Paypal address.

• All order will be shipped within 24 hours on normal working day.

• In most case, Shipping Insurance is optional.

• In case of USPS Priority mail, it will take 2-3 days and First class mail, 3-4 days. Or Fedex 3-5 days. But there can be delayed by the carrier in some rare case.

• We send shipping notification with tracking number every time we ship out the product. Please check your e mail after your purchase for delivery information.

• We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Purto Rico(Prefer P.O Box).

• Canada shipping is available in most case. Please check our listing.

• For other country than Canada, please contact ebay@lamicci.com as it depends on each product.

• We may refuse to ship out the order, if address provided is not valid in our labeling system.
