1. Shipping Information

Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses/suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.

Total Shipping Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing time: from your payment received date to the order pack-up.

Delivery time: this time is actual shipping time, the time that couriers take to send the packages to your address. You can choose standard or expedited shipping methods.

Important Info:

*Rush order is accepted here, processing time within 7 or 15 days.

*Total Shipping Time of mixed orders with items in different dresses should be calculated using the longest estimate times listed.

1.2 For Items in Stock and Others

Those items in stock are ready to ship, no need for such a long processing time. Shipping time remains 3-10 days. Normally,you will receive your goods within 5-10 days after you place the order.

2. Return & Refund Policy

If any question by product, please do contact us first. We shall give you a quick reply.

In order to reduce such issues, please double check your order(size, color, style) carefully before you place the order,as our goods are processed in strict accordance with the requirements in your order. We guarantee only quality items will be delivered. All orders placed on our website should obey the policy under any conditions.

2.1 Return

--for return, please kindly contact us within 48 hours after receiving the item. For nine times out of ten,we are able to sort out the problem and offer a satisfactory suggestion, without you sending anything back.
--the item to return must be in perfect condition, no altering or wearing. If there are any dust, stain, altering and so on, we shall not offer refund. Also you need to pay 30% of the total order amount as restock fee.For returns, a 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
--we offer FREE ALTER for your dress. You only need to pay for the postage of returning and reshipping.
--It is required that the product should arrive at our side within 14 days after the return request is accepted.
--back freight should be for the account of buyers.

2.2 Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective, wrongly shipped or damaged upon receipt. All items can only be exchanged for a replacement of the same price, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

2.3 Sizing or Fitting Issues

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. All our dresses are with additional fabric along the seam to allow size modification. That is, if you find the dress not fit you, you can turn to the local tailor for adjustment, which is quite easy and convenient.

2.4 Procedures of Return and Get Refund

--Contact our customer service to notify the issue. You may need to provide photos to show the defect, wrong size/color, etc.
--We will provide you the return address. Please be noted that any dresses returned without notifying us will not be refunded.
--You will get the refund 3-7 days after we receiving the item. By PAYPAL. The additional fee for rush-order and the freight is not refundable.

2.5 Order Cancellations

All orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placing.Free of charge.

Order cancellation 24 hours after placing will be charged 25% of the order amount as material fee. As the fabric has been tailored according to your body size, and can not be used for other people; order cancellation 1-3 days after payment will be charged 35-60% of the order amount; order cancellation 3 days after payment will be charged at least 70% of the order amount. Once the order is shipped out, cancellation is not allowed. We shall be much appreciated for your cooperation.
