All laptops usually ship out from our location within 1 to 3 business days after payment.
Laptop Enterprise LLCs Laptops, Tablet PCs, and LCDs have at least a 30-day DOA warranty (longer if specified in the listing). If the item has a hardware defect or you feel an item was misrepresented we will offer an exchange or repair if the item is sent back in its original physical condition within 30 days after you receive the shipment.
