| A:Yes, we certainly do! It only costs $3 to ship an additional item. Your shipping charge will adjust automatically. Please make sure to pay for all wanted items at the same time to get the discounted shipping rate. |

| A:Unfortunately, we do not have a will-call office to handle local business at the moment. However, because you are in the St. Louis area, you will typically receive your shipment on the next day. |

| A:Yes, we offer a 30 day warranty on every item as well as extended warranties from SquareTrade. |
| Q:If this part does not fit my laptop, will I be able to return it? |

| A:If the part is not defective then you can return it within 30 days for a refund minus shipping and the 15% restocking fee. |
| Q:Do I need to replace my LCD screen? It is very dim. |

| A:A broken LCD will appear as various things from all black to dim or partial imagery. An inverter can fix the problem if the LCD isn’t getting power. However, a broken backlight usually requires a replacement LCD screen. Feel free to email us with any questions you may have. |
| Q:How do I change my motherboard? |

| A:Due to the variety of motherboards out there, we recommend using a professional repair service if you feel at all overwhelmed about fixing your laptop. There is no sense spending money on a part to break it by installing it incorrectly. When choosing a repair service, ask for a warranty and please feel free to ask us any questions you may have. |
