A:Yes. However, you will need to transfer the money to your PayPal account first and then pay us by PayPal.
Q:Is the shipping charge to Puerto Rico the same as to the US?
A:Yes, USPS shipping rates are the same to Puerto Rico.
Q:If I buy this item right now, will you be able to ship it today?
A:We will ship it today, if it is a weekday (Monday through Friday) and the payment is received and cleared before 2pm CST. Otherwise, it will be shipped the next business day.
Q:What is the condition of this battery?
A:Most of our batteries are used, but have been tested and are in good working condition. They hold a charge for an adequately long time, comparable to new batteries.
Q:Do you offer combined shipping?
A:Yes, we certainly do! It only costs $3 to ship an additional item. Your shipping charge will adjust automatically. Please make sure to pay for all wanted items at the same time to get the discounted shipping rate.
Q:Will you ship to an APO?
A:Yes we will certainly ship to an APO. Just make sure to fill in your address correctly on the checkout page.
Q:Do you offer overnight Express shipping?
A:Yes, we do offer both UPS and USPS Next Day shipping service in the US. Please note that payment must be received and cleared before 2pm EST for us to ship it the same day.
Q:What shipping methods do you offer?
A:Inside the US, we always offer USPS Priority, UPS Ground and Next Day shipping. On small items that cost less than $40 we also offer more economical USPS First Class shipping. Q:Will you ship to my country?

Q:I am located in St. Louis area and would like to know if you will allow local pick up.
A:Unfortunately, we do not have a will-call office to handle local business at the moment. However, because you are in the St. Louis area, you will typically receive your shipment on the next day.
Q:Do you offer a warranty?
A:Yes, we offer a 30 day warranty on every item as well as extended warranties from SquareTrade.
Q:If this part does not fit my laptop, will I be able to return it?
A:If the part is not defective then you can return it within 30 days for a refund minus shipping and the 15% restocking fee.
Q:Do I need to replace my LCD screen? It is very dim.
A:A broken LCD will appear as various things from all black to dim or partial imagery. An inverter can fix the problem if the LCD isn’t getting power. However, a broken backlight usually requires a replacement LCD screen. Feel free to email us with any questions you may have.
Q:How do I change my motherboard?
A:Due to the variety of motherboards out there, we recommend using a professional repair service if you feel at all overwhelmed about fixing your laptop. There is no sense spending money on a part to break it by installing it incorrectly. When choosing a repair service, ask for a warranty and please feel free to ask us any questions you may have.

Q:Will you accept money order for this item?
