All of our merchandise has been tested and is guaranteed against being DOA (Dead On Arrival.)

If for some reason, a part is recieved in unsatisfactory condition, please send an email to laptopspecialties@gmail.com include your item number, and what is wrong with the product

In addition we offer a free 90 day warranty on all items

We reserve the right to examine & or require all returned items be sent back before sending a replacement or refund (Not required in all cases)

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days from the day of receipt

Items that have been purchased by mistake may also be returned, but are subject to a 15% restocking fee if a refund is requested. The 15% restocking fee may be waived if Buyer chooses to accept store credit. To return an item purchased by mistake, send an email to laptopspecialties@gmail.com including your item number, and the details reguarding the purchase. (If it was a compatibility issue we have have the correct part to exchange so long as the buyer covers shipping.)

Any & all returns must have an accompanying Rma (Return Merchandise Authorization Form.) Failure to include/request a form will result if your refund/exchange being delayed/and or your refund not being processed/refused.

Seller assumes shipping for any product damaged/lost in shipping/arriving doa/item stops working after 7 days

Buyer assumes all shipping costs if:

Item stops working after 7 days into purchase (Item will still be covered by 90 day warranty)
