We begin processing all orders the same day if payment clears prior to 11 AM Pacific Standard Time (Monday-Friday). All orders that payment clears after 11 AM Pacific Standard Time (Monday-Friday) will be processed the following business day.

We use a variety of popular shipping providers (USPS, UPS, DHL) to best serve our Customers. We select the appropriate shipping provider based on the product which has been purchased, the shipping time frame that is selected during check out, and the destination address provided.

We only ship to the address provided during checkout, and are unable to change the shipping address after payment has been submitted. We do not ship to hotel/motel rooms nor to freight forwarding services. All orders placed with hotel/motel rooms and freight forwarding services as their destination address will be cancelled and refunded.

All international customs duties and fees are subject to individual country rules and regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We do not currently ship to Indonesia, Ireland, Iraq, Maldives, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, Russia, Ukraine, or Morocco. All orders placed with these countries as their destination address will be cancelled and refunded
