Payment and Check Out: IMPORTANT! IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO USE OUR CHECKOUT TO MAKE PAYMENT, DO NOT BID! Our Checkout helps us run very efficiently, saving us money, and helping US give YOU great prices. We only accept US money orders. We cannot accept international money orders, including Canadian postal money orders.
Personal and Business Checks: Sorry, we do not accept ANY personal checks or company checks, so please do not ask.
Feedback: Negative Feedback will be left for all non-paying bidders, so keep this in mind when bidding. Positive feedback is left about once a month and this is only done for eBayers that have already left feedback for us.
Warranty: Most items we sell are warranted by us or the manufacturer. If warranted by the manufacturer, warranty service/replacement/repair will be performed by the manufacturer directly, according to their terms and conditions. We will provide you information on how to get manufacturer warranty service, if you need assistance. If warranted by us, the specific terms of the warranty will be specified in the item listing. Any warranty offered will be void if the item is disassembled, tampered with, or otherwise serviced by any party other than us. If you need warranty service for an item warranted by us, please send us an email at rma@laptopcomponents.com.
Returns: Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable. All items require a Return Material Authorization prior to shipment, If you need to return an item for any reason (including warranty service), please send us an email at rma@laptopcomponents.com.
Sales Taxes: As required by law, ALL shipments made to a Maryland address will be charged 5% state sales tax.
Where We Ship: We will ship worldwide. We will ship to APO/FPO and international addresses, but please note: neither tracking information nor insurance can be provided if you specify an APO/FPO and international address, so if you specify an APO/FPO or international address, you agree that we will ship to those addresses at your risk.
Pickups: We ship ALL items from our Maryland warehouse, which is not equip-ed to handle walk-in customers. While we would like to accommodate our local customers who might want to pick up their item in person, we are sorry but that is against the terms of our lease and we cannot accommodate you. Besides, we ship so fast, your item will probably get to you before you can get time to get to us!
Shipping & Handling Fees: Buyer to pay a flat shipping and handling fee per item, the amount shown in your item ad. This fee covers shipping, handling, and insurance to anywhere we ship (see below). Each item ships separately.
How We Ship: Please note that we currently ship domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service (our choice). All international orders will be shipped USPS Global Express or UPS International Service (our choice). We recommend that you always provide a street address, not a PO box. High value items (anything over US$100) will not be sent to PO boxes. We will send you carrier and tracking information when your item leaves our warehouse.
Combining Auction Shipments: SORRY, WE CANNOT COMBINE AUCTION SHIPMENTS! To minimize fraud and keep our prices down, each item you order will be shipped separately. Each item you buy will have it's own tracking information.
