Who is Lark Battery Center? We are a Mom (Cathie) and Pop (Rick) retail battery store conveniently and centrally located in Bethany, Oklahoma. We have been in business since 1996 and have been on eBay since 1999. We are proud Powersellers. We have shipped batteries to every state in the Union and most US territories. NO, Think of your battery as a gas tank and the mAh as the capacity of the tank. Just as a larger gas tank will get you further down the road before having to refuel, a higher mAh rating will give you a longer run time between charges
Is this a new battery?
Yes, Every battery we sell is brand new and direct from the manufacturer or distributor.
Will this battery fit my phone, UPS, camera, etc.?
Yes, If your model number or part number is listed in the description, then the battery is the correct replacement for your device. If your model or part number is not listed, it is still likely that we have a replacement for you. Send us the part number of the battery you are currently using and we will send you a link to the correct replacement.
How can you sell top quality name brand products at such incredible prices, is this to good to be true?
No. This is not to good to be true. Because of our low overhead, We have been able to sell batteries at a very low profit margin for a long time now. Because of the volume of batteries that we move, we have been able to negotiate very good prices from our suppliers. We now sell batteries online for much less than we had to pay back in the beginning.
How and when will my battery be shipped?
We ship the most economical way available. For a phone battery this means USPS first class mail and for heavier items this means Fedex ground or Priority Mail. We ship everyday Monday - Friday. 99.9% of the time once your payment is received, your battery will be on its way to you within one to two business days. There are of course occasions when a day will pass without a shipment.
You sent me an email saying that my order was shipped, when will I get it?
If your item was shipped via Fedex, you will receive a tracking number from Fedex that you can track at the Fedex website. If your item was mailed via USPS, your order will typically arrive in 3-5 business days. While very rare, we have seen it take as long as 12 business days to reach the coast and Alaska or Hawaii. If you need your battery in a more time definitive manner than standard first class mail, you should contact us directly via phone to purchase a faster shipping method. We will do our very best to meet your needs.
I ordered my battery a week ago, why has it not shipped?
We only sell items that are in stock or that can be drop shipped direct from the supplier. If your order has not been shipped, then we have not received notice of your payment. Please confirm your payment has been sent and forward to us the paypal transaction ID.
I made a mistake and ordered the wrong battery.
Not a problem. We all make mistakes. Just shoot me an email or give me a call and you can return the wrong battery for a credit towards the correct battery or for a refund minus the S&H charges of course. If your order has not been shipped or paid for, just let us know and we will cancel the transaction

My apologies. We all make mistakes. We list the part number of the item we will be sending you in every item description. If you receive a different part number or the incorrect quantity, please let us know as soon as possible and we will expedite a correction.
Do you combine items for a shipping discount?
Yes. All of our items list a S&H price and a price for each additional item. If you purchase more than one item, then you will be charged for the highest S&H price for the first item and the additional S&H of the additional items.
Why do I have to use your checkout system and enter all of my shipping information?
We sell over 2000 batteries a month on eBay and on our website. We are efficient at what we do and part of that comes from our checkout system. Our checkout system is integrated with our website. By using our checkout system it allows us to streamline our shipping process for a quicker and more efficient turn around of your order. It also allows us to keep track of when you purchased your battery for warranty issues and also allows you to keep up with the status of your order. The other advantage of the checkout system is that you provide your preferred shipping or mailing address that print directly from the system for fewer mistakes in misdirected shipments.

Is the customer always right?
No, and neither are we. But we do believe that we all make honest mistakes and even if you are not right, it is still our goal to make you happy. We sell batteries, not paperweights. We want you to end up with the battery to meet your needs.
I added additional batteries from your storefront during checkout, but the item shipped notice only mentions the one I bought on eBay.

Do your batteries have a warranty?
Yes, Every battery we sell is brand new and carries a warranty. Cordless phone batteries are warranted for 90 days and the Lead acid batteries are warranted for one year.
Do you sell anything other than batteries?
No, We are battery professionals and we make our living selling batteries. We don't sell sunglasses or DVD players, but if you need a battery you are in the right place.
I sent you an email 2 days ago and I have not heard back from you, are you still there?
Yes, As I mentioned we are a Mom and Pop business and occasionally life happens. We do have a family and try to avoid working to much on the weekends and very rarely are we able to return emails on Mondays because of processing the weekend orders. We prioritize as our daily task 1. Thank God for our many blessings 2. Ship items that have been paid for. 3. Return emails of buyers currently involved with a transaction. 4.
