All orders are to be paid within 7 days of completion of Sale. When paying by PayPal we usually ship the same day or the next upon receiving Clear payment. All orders that are shipped insured should be checked immediately upon arrival for damages and reported immediately to your carrier for compensation or replacement. If your item was insured and damaged please let us know as we will send you the insurance stub. Please keep all packing and invoices for carrier. If possible please take pictures
