PAYMENT POLICY
We prefer payment through Paypal.
We also happily accept Money Orders and Personal Checks, but please understand that shipping will be delayed for 10-12 days from receipt of payment.
SHIPPING POLICY
Laura-Jane's Store is not responsible for packages mishandled or lost during shipping transit. Insurance is optional but highly recommended. Merchandise will ship within 48 hours of notification of payment clearance through Paypal or within 10-12 business days of receipt of personal check or money order. Shipping charges are at cost plus a small handling fee for quality packaging material. The following Combined Shipping Discount Program is offered:
Combined Shipping Discount: Laura-Jane's Store offers a combined shipping discount of the regular shipping charge for the largest item and then only $2.00 for each additional item.
International Shipping: Please note that customs paperwork will be completed correctly as merchandise and the value will be the same as what was paid. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ as US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Any applicable import duties or taxes will be the buyer's responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when or when the item is picked up. Do not confuse these charges as additional shipping charges.
RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If your purchase is not exactly as described or if you are not 100% satisifed with the product, please contact us within 30 days for a refund. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Product must be returned in original condition and box. Return shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. |
