- BRAZIL
- First-Class Mail International items may not contain dutiable articles. Due to this, we will only ship via Priority Mail International.
- Import licenses are required for many kinds of goods. Shipments for which an import permit has not been issued are considered contraband and confiscated.
- BULGARIA
- Import licenses are required for all commercial shipments, and for gift shipments if the customs duty thereon exceeds 100 leva.
- CAMBODIA
- First-Class Mail International items may not contain dutiable articles. Due to this, we will only ship via Priority Mail International.
- CANADA
- Goods over 20 Canadian dollars will be subject to the applicable duties and excise taxes.
- For all casual and commercial items valued under 1,600 Canadian dollars, Canada Post will collect the assessed duties and excise taxes and a handling fee of 5 Canadian dollars from the addressee. For Express Mail International items, the handling fee is 8 Canadian dollars. All commercial mail items over 1,600 Canadian dollars will be held by Canada Customs and Excise until proper invoice and accounting documentation is provided by the addressee.

- GERMANY
- Playing cards, except in complete decks properly wrapped.
- GREAT BRITIAN AND NORTHERN IRELAND (UK)
- Many types of merchandise require import licenses that the addressees must obtain from the British Board of Trade. All goods sent to the UK are liable to customs duty and Value Added Tax on importation whether or not the package is marked as a “gift.”
- GREECE
- PROHIBITIONS: PLAYING CARDS
- Many types of merchandise are subject to import licenses and are not delivered without permission of the Greek authorities.
- HUNGARY
- Many articles are subject to an import license.
- INDIA
- Addressees in India are required to obtain import licenses for all goods except those intended for their personal use and not exceeding 100 rupees in value. If the license is not obtained when required, the articles are considered as prohibited.
- Works of art (including photographs); forms ruled or printed; account and manuscript books; labels; advertising matter (except trade catalogs and circulars); almanacs in sheets or in cards; and other cards, as well as waste paper and old newspaper for packing (we often use newspaper), are considered to be merchandise, and may be liable to customs duty.
