I do combine shipping & I'll put as many items into the Priority flat rate envelope as I can & ship for $4.95... ie: several wood mounted rubber stamps,  1 or 2 Sizzix Dies, or any combination of items that will safely fit.    I do ship to APO & FPO addresses.

As you can see, I've added a small amount to each of the actual shipping price to allow for consumables, like the ink & paper to print the labels, plus protective cardboard, tape & bubblewrap to keep your items safe during shipping.  I'm not trying to make a living off of shipping, but it would be nice to just break even.

For BEST shipping on combined orders, please request a total during checkout & WAIT for a revised invoice, BEFORE making payment.  No refunds given for overpayment of shipping fees because you didn't wait for the revised total.     If payment clears by 9:00am, EST, I ship same day, Mon. - Sat.   Otherwise, I ship next day.
