Q:What is your return policy?
A:Return of cosmetic items, including: skin care, bath & body, fragrance and cosmetics is strictly prohibited for health & safety reasons. Please be certain of a product before placing a bid or making a Buy It Now purchase.
Q:Do you combine shipping on US Domestic Shipments?
A:Many items have Free Shipping. For other items, Combined Shipping works like this: Pay highest shipping rate in full, then only $1.50 for each additional eligible item. Combined items (2 or more) selling for $100 or more ship free to US locations only. If you have purchased $100 or more, please request your Free Shipping invoice prior to payment.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:Unless noted, we ship within 1 business day after payment clears. Please allow 7+ days for mail delivery within the US and 30+ days for International mail to clear customs and be delivered. US Buyers receive a Paypal delivery confirmation number; International buyers will be provided with complete package details w/customs declaration on request.
Q:How do I calculate international shipping?
A:International Shipping Rates are included in each item. Please request an invoice if you have won or purchased more than one item, as international shipping will not combine automatically.
Q:What is your standard shipping method?
A:We ship via US Postal Service (First Class or Priority at our option), unless otherwise requested. Expedited services are available at additional cost.
Q:Do I have to pay a customs fee for my package?
A:All international shipments are subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes and/or courier fees that are charged by the destination country. You may be required to pay fees based on your local policies. Buyers are responsible for any & all customs related fees. The Seller cannot pay or reimburse the buyer for these fees.
Q:Do you offer combine shipping for international purchases?
A:Yes, we offer the best possible shipping rate for international buyers based on the total package weight. All international buyers are encouraged to use "Request Total" following their purchase to receive an invoice with the best possible shipping rate.
