Got a $2k necklace from this seller on Dec 16th. I was away and asked the seller to ship my item a week later when my husband is back. She made excuses to delays shipment. Even I tried multiple request. She held my money for 5weeks Tobe exact 1/26 was the date she promised to ship it out. BUT she came back telling me the item was stolen. Told me she will get the police involve if I want certification. I asked for the report and the next thing I got was my refund. Broke 1day shipping rule

Bitterness is clouding this buyer's perception of the facts. First, she purchased the necklace on Dec 20th. Ebay messages clearly document that due to BOTH her and my travel schedules, we mutually agreed to deliver the necklace sometime during late January. Refund was issued at the earliest possible date on Jan 28th and the police report was ready by next business day Monday Jan 29th as promised but unfortunately this impatient hateful buyer would prefer to believe everyone lies. Sellers Beware!

Beautiful bag. Had a couple dents likely where the front chain was placed when packed and was just pressed on in shipping. That's sort of to be expected I guess. Not a problem.
